Auction Committee

To assist in the planning and running of the Spring Auction.

• Gifts Desired: Organizational skills, ability to solicit donations, and willingness to help setup and run the event.
• Commitment:Meetings as needed between January and May.
• Opportunity: To have fun while assisting the parish in raising funds to support our many ministries.

Carnival Committee

To plan and oversee the Annual Parish Carnival.

• Gifts Desired: Interest in helping raise funds for the parish. Ability to organize and motivate parishioners.
• Commitment:Meetings as needed. Must be able to work evenings of carnival week
• Opportunity: To have fun while assisting the parish in raising funds to support our many ministries.

Collection Counters

To open envelopes and count collection from the weekend Masses.

• Gifts Desired: Ability to accurately count and prepare money for deposit.
• Commitment:Teams work during the day on Mondays. Each team counts approximately once per month.
• Opportunity: To assist parish in accurately reporting donations.

Technology/Communications Committee

To assist parish staff and organizations in utilizing technology to facilitate ministry to and communications with parishioners.

• Gifts Desired: Knowledge of computers, web page design, telephone systems, marketing, etc.
• Commitment:Meetings as needed. Interaction with staff and volunteers as necessary.
• Opportunity: To assist our parish in the use of technology to spread God’s word.
