We, the faithful of St. Joseph Parish, willingly accept our baptismal call
to gather and worship as a community, to proclaim the Word of God,
and to serve in the image of Jesus Christ.

Building Committee

Standing committee of the Pastoral Council that oversees efforts to maintain and improve the physical plants of the parish.

  • Gifts Desired: Ability to point out areas of concern and find solutions to problems. Willingness to help parish accomplish regular maintenance of the buildings and grounds.
  • Commitment:Meetings as needed. Availability to visit various locations throughout the year.
  • Opportunity: To use talents to help parish provide comfortable, safe and worthy environment for worship, ministries, and programs.

Cemetery Committee

To oversee the operation and maintenance of the parish cemeteries.

  • Gifts Desired: Willingness to assist parish in providing dignified places for burial.
  • Commitment:Meetings are usually held quarterly. Occasional special meetings.
  • Opportunity: To show the importance of respect for the bodies of our deceased loved ones.

Landscaping & Grounds

To insure that grass, trees, bushes and flowers are used to beautify the parish properties.

  • Gifts Desired: Green thumb, knowledge of gardening helpful.
  • Commitment:Clean-up scheduled several times per year. Annual Spring planting.
  • Opportunity: To help our parish grounds be an appropriate setting for the house of the Lord.
